Registration Instructions

You may register in one of several ways.

On-line Registration
1. Fill out the on-line Registration Form and click the Submit button to submit your entry.
2. You will be automatically entered into our database.
3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your details.
4. E-mail any corrections or changes to rbbi@rbbic.org.
5. Mail in your fee to the mailing address below.

Mail-in Entry
1. Open the Registration Form.
2. Print and legibly hand write to complete the PDF form.
3. Mail the completed PDF Registration Form along with your registration fee to the mailing address below.

FAX the Entry
1. Open the Registration Form.
2. Print and legibly hand write to complete the PDF form.
3. FAX the Registration Form to ATTN: Jennifer Meister, Band Director at (513) 641-0498
4. Mail your fee to the mailing address below.

E-Mail Scanned Form
1. Open the PDF format Registration Form.
2. Print and legibly hand write to complete the PDF form.
3. Scan the Registration Form into a .pdf or .tif format
