Registration Instructions
You may register in one of several ways.
- On-line Registration
- Fill out the on-line Registration Form and click the Submit button to submit your entry.
- You will be automatically entered into our database.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your details.
- E-mail any corrections or changes to rbbi@rbbic.org.
- Mail in your fee to the mailing address below.
- Mail-in Entry
- Open the Registration Form.
- Print and legibly hand write to complete the PDF form.
- Mail the completed PDF Registration Form along with your registration fee to the mailing address below.
- FAX the Entry
- Open the Registration Form.
- Print and legibly hand write to complete the PDF form.
- FAX the Registration Form to ATTN: Jennifer Meister, Band Director at (513) 641-0498
- Mail your fee to the mailing address below.
- E-Mail Scanned Form
- Open the PDF format Registration Form.
- Print and legibly hand write to complete the PDF form.
- Scan the Registration Form into a .pdf or .tif format
- E-mail the scanned Registration Form to rbbi@rbbic.org
- Mail your fee to the mailing address below.
